It's Time to Start Living Authentically
You, my beautiful darling, are at a point in your life when you're asking yourself...
...what do I want?
...who am I?
If these questions keep you up at night, Goddess, don't worry. They're completely normal questions, especially after the life journey you've been on. You may have gone through a difficult divorce...maybe your children have flown the nest...or you're simply feeling unsettled, like something is missing in your life.
Many women (myself included) find themselves at a loss for what they want out of life once the marriage and child-rearing they put so much time, love, and attention on is over.
Let me ask you...isn't it time for you to put yourself first? To figure out what it would take to find your true self? To begin living authentically?
Imagine what it would feel like to wake up every day feeling alive and vibrant. Like your life was in technicolor. Imagine letting go of what others think and doing what fills you with joy.
What would that look like? How would it feel to live authentically? To put yourself first for a change?
What are you willing to do to take that journey of transformation?
What Does an Authentic Life Look Like for You?
Wherever you are on this journey, I want you to know you're not alone. I've been there.
After my divorce, I felt adrift. I didn't know who I was or what I wanted. After a lot of soul-searching on my spiritual path, I realized that my authentic life was waiting for me in Italy.
And so I untethered myself from a wonderful life in San Diego, California, to make my home as a solo woman in the south of Italy. (Read more about my story here.)
As a spiritual coach, I am here to guide you on your way to creating a fulfilling life and finally stepping into your authenticity, wherever that means.
For you, authenticity might mean moving abroad, like it did for me. It might mean picking up a paintbrush after decades away from your creative practices (also me). It might be starting a business. Traveling solo. Trying something new.
Whatever living authentically means to you, I'm here to support you as you find the strength to try new things and discover who you were meant to be.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
