You may have gone through a difficult divorce...maybe your children have flown the nest...or you're simply feeling unsettled, like something is missing in your life.
Many women (myself included) find themselves at a loss for what they want out of life once the marriage and child-rearing they put so much time, love, and attention on is over.

What Does an Authentic Life Look Like for You?
Wherever you are on this journey, I want you to know you're not alone. I've been there.
After my divorce, I felt adrift. I didn't know who I was or what I wanted. After a lot of soul-searching on my spiritual path, I realized that my authentic life was waiting for me in Italy.
And so I untethered myself from a wonderful life in San Diego, California, to make my home as a solo woman in the south of Italy. (Read more about my story here.)
